Cisa has had a physical structure in Brazil since 2002. Its factory is installed in Perini Business Park, currently considered the largest multi-sector business park in South America. The park is located in the Industrial District of Joinville, north of the state of Santa Catarina.
Created in 1999 by Fabio Perini, the Perini Business Park started with 600 thousand m2, a modest size if we consider the current area. The first warehouses were built the following year and the park was officially inaugurated in 2001.
In 2018, Perini reached an area of 2.8 million m2. Of these, 305 thousand m2 are occupied by more than 220 national and multinational companies of all sizes, several of which are world market leaders.
Every day, about ten thousand people circulate through the complex and pass through companies in the metal-mechanical, plastic, automobile, agro-industry, civil construction, electronic, electrical, chemical, logistic, metallurgical, financial, commercial and service sectors. These organizations, together, generate an annual wealth of BRL 5.2 billion, a number that corresponds to 21% of Joinville's GDP and 2% of the GDP of the state of Santa Catarina.
But it's not just the companies that Perini Business Park is proud of. The park also has a space reserved for nature. More specifically, there are 600 thousand square meters destined to the Permanent Preservation Areas (APP) and remaining vegetation, including an environmental education center (NEA) where scientific projects are developed and regular visits by researchers and students are carried out.
For these and other characteristics the park is today synonymous with modernity and prosperity in the implementation of large, medium and small companies of the most varied activities and productive segments of the economy.
Together with Perini Business Park, Cisa is part of the Perini Group, which also includes Perini Navi, Futura América Latina and Perville Engenharia.
