Representatives, Distributors, Executive Board, Managers, Commercial Team, Bidding, Post-Sales and Marketing, were gathered together in Cisa Meeting 2019. The event is held annually, aiming to integrate and present the novelties and challenges of the year which is starting. The Meeting took place in Joinville (SC), and lasted three days: January 28, 29 and 30.
The program consisted of group dynamics, presentation of new products, integration between teams and lectures with internal and external professionals. One of the highlights was the renowned professional and reference in Sales: Marcelo Caetano, who is the author of the books Vendedor Fiel (Loyal Salesperson), Cliente Fiel (Loyal Customer) and Chega de Desconto (Enough Discount). Marcelo has experience in more than 100 projects of Consulting in companies and brought us a practical vision concerning leadership and execution in sales.
